As a Live Producer, you’ll play a vital role in supporting DAZN’s global broadcast operations, ensuring that every live event and programme is scheduled, prepared, and transmitted to the highest standard. Working closely with our production, transmission, and engineering teams, you’ll manage key elements of the broadcast workflow — from coordinating live feeds and booking facilities to communicating with international partners and supporting the smooth delivery of live events. This is a fast\-paced, detail\-driven role that requires strong communication, problem\-solving, and teamwork skills. This role will be based in Lisbon, Portugal. Please also upload your resume in English, thanks!### **What You'll Be Doing:** * Execute the day\-to\-day delivery of live and non\-live broadcasts, ensuring all feeds, lines, and signals are booked and confirmed ahead of transmission. * Organize and manage payments to freelancers. * Liaise with internal teams (Production, MCR, Scheduling, and Engineering) to ensure smooth event delivery across all DAZN platforms. * Manage scheduling and bookings for facilities and crew. * Monitor live broadcasts in real time, providing operational support and escalating any issues quickly and effectively. * Maintain clear and accurate documentation of event details, changes, and post\-event reports. * Communicate effectively with international rights holders, production partners, and suppliers to ensure seamless coordination. * Support the setup and testing of contribution and distribution feeds. * Work closely with the Incident Management team to help resolve any on\-air issues. ### **What You'll Bring:** * Experience in a broadcast, production, or transmission operations environment (sports experience preferred). * Strong organisational skills and attention to detail — able to manage multiple events and tasks simultaneously. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working across diverse teams and partners. * Ability to stay calm under pressure and make quick, informed decisions in a live broadcast setting. * Working knowledge of broadcast systems and signal paths is a plus (satellite, fibre, IP delivery). * Proficiency with scheduling or booking software and standard Microsoft Office tools. * A flexible approach to working hours — including evenings and weekends when required. * A proactive, solutions\-driven mindset and genuine enthusiasm for live sport. ### **Benefits** Benefits include access to DAZN, medical insurance, daily meal allowance paid through a meal card, refer a friend scheme, learning and development resources, opportunity for hybrid working and access to our internal speaker series and events.### **About DAZN** At DAZN, we bring ambition to life.
