Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You’ve come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
As a Location Management Intern, you will support the day-to-day operations of the office to maintain a safe, organized, and welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors.
Your internship is designed as a learning-focused experience, providing hands-on exposure to office operations and location management. Following the acquisition of theoretical knowledge in school, this is the opportunity to put that learning into practice. It offers the chance to build organizational, communication, and operational skills while gaining insight into professional workplace standards and practices.
You will support front desk and office services operations by welcoming and assisting visitors, helping with reception activities, and contributing to a professional office environment. You will assist with office logistics, including front-desk \& reception tasks, meeting room setup, catering coordination, and event preparation, while also supporting contact with vendors and on-site service delivery. You will help support parts of administrative processes such as invoices, documentation, and operational trackers with accuracy and timeliness. Additionally, you will help monitor office supplies, support internal meetings and workshops, and respond to operational requests from colleagues, ensuring high-quality execution and timely escalation of issues when needed.
Your work will help ensure smooth office functioning and contribute to a positive, professional environment aligned with firm standards.
You will be based in Lisbon Expo Office as part of the Location Management team, supporting office operations and contributing to a good workplace experience for colleagues and visitors.
