We are looking for a Market Agent Relationship Manager to join our team and play a key role in managing and strengthening the relationship between E-REDES Networks Platforms and the various agents operating in the electricity market.
This role is central to ensuring the efficiency of market operations and the commercial cycle, enhancing service quality, reducing operational costs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The successful candidate will contribute to reinforcing E-REDES Networks Platforms’ role as a market facilitator, supporting and accelerating the energy transition.
What you will do:
- Manage the relationship model with electricity market agents and their respective interaction channels.
- Oversee network usage contracts with key stakeholders, including retailers, aggregators, low-voltage distribution network operators, and energy communities.
- Develop and manage interaction channels, contributing to the definition and implementation of new digital services and functionalities that support engagement between these agents and E-REDES Networks Platforms.
- Maintain and develop relationships with third-party entities operating in the field of energy efficiency.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of market operations and commercial processes, ensuring efficiency, quality of service, and regulatory compliance.
- Support the evolution of E-REDES as a facilitator of the energy market, promoting innovation and digitalization in interactions with market participants.

What we are looking for:
- Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering and Management, or related fields.
- Knowledge and/or experience in roles involving stakeholder management, market operations, or similar environments within the energy sector.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with information systems and analytics tools, including Google Analytics and Power BI.
- Solid skills in communication and presentation tools.
- Strong team spirit, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on service quality.
- High level of curiosity, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment and manage multiple stakeholders.
