Optylon Krea is looking for a Marketing Intern to join our team and support the way we bring our brand and projects to life across Ando Living and OptylonKrea.

Working closely with the Marketing Manager, and in collaboration with the CRM Manager, you will contribute to content creation, digital campaign execution, and the development of marketing initiatives, gaining hands-on experience within a growing brand operating at the intersection of hospitality and real estate.

What you will do:

* Support social media content planning and creation, including captions, visual selection, and formatting.
* Assist in the development of campaign and marketing materials, as well as design briefs, ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.
* Support the execution of events and brand activations, supporting logistics, materials, and overall coordination.
* Contribute to the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns (newsletters, campaigns, and automated flows), using email marketing plateforms
* Assist with competitor and market research across the real estate and hospitality sectors, helping preperating reports and internal presentations
* Help track and organise key marketing performance metrics

What we expect from you:

* Degree in Management (preferred) or Marketing
* Previous internship or experience in Real Estate or Hospitality is preferred
* Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn), along with a basic understanding of email marketing and CRM tools, and comfort using PowerPoint, Excel, and design tools such as Canva is a plus
* A curious and proactive mindset, with a genuine drive to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* A natural collaborator, confident communicating and working across teams to bring ideas to life.
* A sharp eye for detail, combined with strong organisational skills and a passion for branding, design, and visual storytelling.
* Fluent in English and Portuguese (Spanish or Turkish is a plus)
