We are seeking a Marketing Trainee to join our Marketing and Communications Team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience and training in various aspects of marketing and communication, including content creation for various channels, events organisation, social media management and reporting & analytics. The ideal candidate possesses strong writing and interpersonal skills, good communication skills and a problem-solving mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Campaigns & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

+ Participate in the development of targeted marketing campaigns and initiatives, working with sales and business units to achieve the expected results, and in close collaboration with the Marketing Global Agency.
+ Learn how to develop campaign/project briefings and ensure continuous alignment with the internal Marketing Global Agency focused on the quality of deliverables and deadline fulfilment.
+ Learn the positioning and messaging of our offerings, ensuring all marketing materials are aligned with the local and global positioning strategy.

  • Content & Events

+ Support the creation of compelling content for various marketing channels and plan and execute marketing events strategy.

  • Customer & Market Insights:

+ Gather and analyse customer feedback to refine marketing strategies and improve the customer experience, utilising insights for continuous improvement.
