WHAT YOU’LL DO:

* Take responsibility for the setup, administration, and maintenance of master records used across business processes.
* Ensure adherence to Data Governance standards and naming conventions.
* Manage supplier, customer, finance, quality, and manufacturing engineering master data.
Support business consistency by following group guidelines and Master Data Management (MDM) quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

* Ensure highest degree of data quality (e.g., identify mismatches, eliminate duplicates).
* Maintain and administer master records used across business processes:
* Supplier Master Data: Creation, changes, inactivation/blocking/activation across purchasing tools, ERPs, and related applications.
* Customer Master Data: Creation, changes, inactivation/activation.
* Finance Master Data: Maintain Chart of Accounts, cost centres, project data.
* Quality Master Data: Maintain IMDS material data sheets and BOM datasets.
* Manufacturing Engineering Data: Maintain item master data.
* Facilitate the supplier certification process and track compliance.
* Review and document supplier quality specifications.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED:

* Prior experience in a similar role/environment
* Effective communication – intermediate English
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Teamwork-oriented
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Educational background in economics, business, or finance is preferred but not essential
