To support our growth, we are looking for an experienced Medical Recruitment Specialist, responsible for end-to-end recruitment of medical doctors across Unilabs Portugal, ensuring sustainable medical capacity to support growth, service continuity, and operational excellence.

This role focuses on specialist medical recruitment, proactive sourcing, relationship management with medical doctors, and close coordination with operational and scheduling teams to convert recruitment into effective reporting capacity.

What you’ll do:

1\. Medical Recruitment \& Talent Pipeline

* Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for medical doctors (general and subspecialists):

sourcing → screening → interviews → contracting → onboarding

* Build and maintain a national talent pipeline of medical doctors and network of recruitment stakeholders (Medical Directors, Unit Managers, Medical Societies,
* Specialized Recruitment Agencies, etc)
* Anticipate future recruitment needs based on Unit opening plans, Production gaps, Retirement or attrition risks, New modalities or service expansions
* Coordinate with HR on Onboarding Processes, Contract types, Compensation frameworks, Compliance and credentialing
* Contribute to Iberian or Group‑level recruitment initiatives

2\. Candidate Experience \& Employer Branding

* Ensure a professional, transparent, and engaging experience for all the candidates
* Promote Unilabs as an employer of choice for medical doctors in Portugal

3\. Data, Reporting \& Performance Tracking

* Track and report recruitment KPIs, including Time‑to‑hire, Conversion from interview to active reporting, Capacity added (hours / exams / RVUs), Attrition and replacement rates

What you have:

* Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Health Management, Business or related field (Medical recruitment experience may substitute formal education requirements)
* 3-5 years of recruitment experience, preferably healthcare recruitment
* Experience recruiting doctors (radiologists preferred) is a strong advantage
* Experience working with operational teams (not only HR) is highly valued
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
