ABOUT THE ROLE

As an MES Specialist, you will join our technology team, supporting the design, optimization, and evolution of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across global operations. You will work in an international environment at the intersection of manufacturing, data, and digital transformation, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver robust, scalable, and future‑ready digital manufacturing solutions.THE CHALLENGES IN FRONT OF YOU:

* Analyse business and technical requirements to support MES design and integration with SAP and other enterprise systems
* Design, configure, and support MES functionalities aligned with digital manufacturing and operational goals
* Collaborate closely with Product, IT, Engineering, Quality, and Data teams to ensure end‑to‑end process alignment
* Support MES projects by contributing to roadmaps, implementation plans, sprint deliverables, and progress reporting
* Troubleshoot MES incidents, identify root causes, and implement sustainable corrective actions
* Monitor MES performance and continuously propose improvements to enhance efficiency, data accuracy, and manufacturing intelligence
* Ensure MES compliance with internal technology standards, cybersecurity policies, and applicable industry regulations
* Promote best practices, documentation, and cross‑team collaboratio

* Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial data flows, and system integrations
* Experience in technology‑driven environments or digital transformation initiatives
* Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a structured approach
* Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Project management experience is a plus (Agile environment preferred)
* Fluency in English
