About the Role
As an MES Specialist, you will join our IT team at Preh Group (Trofa), supporting the performance, evolution, and continuous improvement of our Manufacturing Execution System (MES) across global operations. You will work in an international environment at the intersection of manufacturing, data, and digital transformation, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver scalable and future‑ready digital manufacturing solutions.

The Challenges in Front of You:

• Analyse business and technical requirements to support MES design and integration with SAP and other enterprise systems
• Design, configure, and support MES solutions aligned with digital manufacturing and operational strategies
• Collaborate with Product, IT, Engineering, Quality, and Data teams to ensure MES workflows support business objectives
• Support MES projects by contributing to roadmaps, implementation plans, sprint deliverables, and progress reporting
• Troubleshoot MES issues, proactively identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions
• Monitor and optimize MES performance to improve efficiency, data accuracy, and manufacturing intelligence
• Ensure compliance with internal IT standards, cybersecurity policies, and applicable industry and automotive regulations
• Promote best practices, documentation, and cross‑team collaboration

What You Bring to the Table:
You're more than your resume — you’re proactive, analytical, and growth‑minded. To succeed in this role, you’ll bring:

• Experience with one or more MES platforms
• Solid understanding of manufacturing processes, industrial data flows, and system integrations
• Experience in technology‑driven environments or digital transformation projects
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work across technical and non‑technical teams
• Project management experience is an advantage (Agile environment preferred)
• Fluency in English
