We are looking for a Mobile Business Analyst to join the team of our client - a reference company in the retail sector who is creating a new IT Hub in Portugal.



What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?

* Serve as both the voice of the business and user in shaping the mobile customer experience, and act as a functional expert in app platform behaviour and integration;
* Translate mobile-specific needs, such as navigation, features, performance, and user engagement, into technically sound, scalable, and supportable digital solutions across iOS and Android platforms;
* Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyse, and validate business needs and opportunities;
* Translate business and product requirements into technical designs and user stories with acceptance criteria;
* Analyse system behaviour, data flows, and interactions across platform components and services;
* Support backlog refinement, development, testing, and UAT processes;
* Act as subject matter expert for platform capabilities, configurations, and interfaces;
* Facilitate workshops, user research, and process mapping activities;
* Ensure non-functional requirements (scalability, performance, support) are captured;
* Contribute to continuous improvement of business processes and platform capability..



What is required from you?

* Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Systems or a related field;
* Minimum 03 years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, or digital product delivery roles;
* Experience with digital platforms, APIs, and data-driven systems in an agile environment;
* Strong requirements gathering, analysis, documentation, and facilitation skills;
* Understanding of integration, platform services, user flows, and data models;
* Ability to bridge business and technical perspectives effectively;
* Comfortable working across developers, QA, architects, and business stakeholders;
* Agile Business Analysis or Systems Analysis training preferred;
* Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
