About the role

At Pepco, we’re growing fast and building our Tech Hub in Porto to support our business across Europe.

We are looking for a Mobile \& Web Service Manager to join the team. In this role, you will ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our digital products across both mobile and web platforms, acting as the service lead and driving performance, stability, and continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

* Manage day-to-day service operations for mobile and web digital products, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met
* Coordinate with vendors, infrastructure, and support teams to resolve incidents and problems efficiently
* Own and manage the change and release calendar, ensuring stable and well-coordinated deployments
* Drive root cause analysis and implement preventive measures for recurring issues
* Monitor system health, service availability, and performance across platforms
* Support service design, transition, and operational readiness for new features and releases
* Maintain documentation, including knowledge base and operational runbooks
* Promote continuous improvement and operational excellence within the product teams

What we’re looking for

* Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Systems, or a related field
* ITIL certification or equivalent (nice to have)
* At least 7 years of experience in IT service management or support leadership roles
* Experience supporting digital products across mobile and web platforms
* Strong knowledge of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change, and release management)
* Ability to manage high-pressure situations and coordinate across multiple teams
* Strong organisational and communication skills
* Proactive mindset with focus on stability and continuous improvement
* Ability to work in an international and fast-paced environment
* Fluent English (mandatory)
