• Valid Lifeguard Certification recognized in Portugal
• Previous experience in the role, preferably in hospitality or tourism
• Strong sense of responsibility and attention to detail
• Good communication skills and friendliness to interact with guests
• Team spirit and willingness to contribute to a collaborative environment
• Intermediate level of English to interact with guests and an international team
