That's where you come in — not in the spotlight, but absolutely essential to it! **About Role** We’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our team \& become the financial backbone of our Neptune Group — someone who ensures our numbers are always right, and processes run smoothly across multiple legal entities. You’ll be ensuring accurate accounting, clean financial data, compliant documentation and reliable reporting. **What You'll Be Doing** **Accounting \& Document Control** * Collect, organize, categorise \& archive financial documents * Prepare and share documentation with our external accounting firm * Own closing of the month/year \& prepare main reports: Balance Sheet, P\&L \& Cashfow * Ensure correct financial operations with the documents (assets, entries) * Confirmation of accurate numbers across all systems * Reconciliation process **Supplier Relations \& Compliance** * Review invoices for completeness and accuracy * Manage Accounts Payable: liaise with suppliers to obtain missing, revised, or corrected invoices and supporting documents * Manage Accounts Receivable: track and reconcile B2B client balances to ensure timely, accurate collections * Assist in processing monthly payroll documentation accurately * Support additional administrative tasks as needed **What We're Looking For** * Degree \& Experience in Accounting * Fluent in English \& Portuguese * Experience with *QuickBooks* and *Syrve/Iiko* is a plus * Experience in restaurants field is a plus * Strong logical reasoning, attention to detail, and excellent organizational skills * Responsibility and ownership over tasks and deadlines * A mindset focused to reduce manual adjustments, and enhance processes * Comfort using digital tools \& willingness to learn new systems ✨**What's On Our Side** * Enjoy 50% at all our spaces * Private health insurance allowance * Meal allowance \& daily meals at our office * Incredible celebrations \& team buildings ✨**Why Choose Us** In Neptune, people take ownership, people care — of the guests, of the food, and of each other.
