###### WORKPLACE: Braga (Hybrid)

###### ROLE:

* Administration, maintenance, and optimization of networking equipment and solutions (Cisco, HP, Aruba, Ubiquiti);
* Management, maintenance, and hardening of firewalls (Check Point, Fortinet, Ubiquiti);
* Proactive monitoring and optimization of network and security infrastructures, with a focus on availability, performance, and resilience;
* Diagnosis, analysis, and resolution of complex network and security incidents;
* Implementation of security policies and procedures, network segmentation, and access control;
* Collaboration with international teams and technology partners on rollout, upgrade, and integration projects for new solutions;
* Preparation of technical documentation and promotion of continuous improvement of operational processes.

###### PROFILE:

* Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology;
* At least 3 years of professional experience in the administration, design, and troubleshooting of corporate networks;
* Knowledge of routing, switching, VPN, and Wi-Fi protocols;
* Experience in advanced network troubleshooting;
* Experience in network monitoring and security (e.g., Zabbix);
* Experience in hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud);
* Experience in solution integration and task automation (scripts, APIs) is a plus;
* Knowledge of NAC solutions, monitoring, and incident response is a plus;
* Knowledge of Office 365, identity management, and Microsoft environments (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, PKI) is a plus;
* Experience with migration projects, infrastructure modernization, and the adoption of new technologies is a plus;
* An interest in innovation, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement is a plus;
* Strong spoken and written English skills, including technical vocabulary;
* Willingness to travel to other locations as needed;
* Independence and proactivity;
* Team spirit;
* Analytical and problem-solving skills.
