We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Night Auditor to oversee overnight operations, ensuring financial accuracy, operational continuity, and a seamless guest experience, starting in July.
As Night Auditor you will be responsible for end-of-day financial procedures while serving as the main point of contact for guests during the night shift, maintaining the calm, personalized and premium atmosphere that defines Ando Living.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-of-day closing procedures and night audit processes, including reviewing reservations, billing, and financial transactions.
• Contribute to guest satisfaction by delivering consistent, high-quality service, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries via different channels of communication.
• Manage late check-ins, special requests, and unexpected situations efficiently and independently.
• Ensure common areas maintain presentation and ambiance aligned with the brand’s lifestyle standards.
• Update and monitor reservations across online platforms and internal systems.
• Process payments, manage refunds, and maintain strict financial record control.
• Communicate relevant information to operational teams to promote alignment and efficiency.
• Proactively suggest and support improvements to internal processes and procedures based on guest feedback and operational analysis.

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience in hospitality, front office, or night audit roles.
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Professional, calm, and proactive attitude.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Fluency in English and Portuguese.
