We’re Hiring: Operations Associate – Porto

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Associate to join our dynamic team in Porto. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about hospitality, operations, and customer experience, who is eager to grow within a fast-paced, international environment.

What We’re Looking For

• Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
• Based in Porto and available to work on-site, including weekends and shifts
• Previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or customer-facing roles
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• A guest-first mindset with excellent interpersonal skills
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn

Key Responsibilities

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with guests
• Manage reservations and handle guest communications efficiently
• Support daily operations across departments such as Housekeeping and Maintenance
• Coordinate tasks using our Property Management System (PMS) and internal tools
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations and a high-quality guest experience
