Position : Dutch Customer Service for Bol.com - Home office in Portugal - Part Time

-\> Responsabilities :

You will be part of a team, ensuring a competent and friendly customer service experience over the phone and via e-mail.

* Listen to customers’ questions and concerns, and provide answers and solutions;
* Troubleshooting regarding orders, deliveries, payments and returns;
* Point of contact for external sellers;
* Provide information about digital products;
* Escalation and rerouting of issues to other departments.

Requirements

* Fluent in Dutch;
* Great listening and communication skills;
* Attention to detail;
* Aptitude for problem-solving;
* Dynamism and team spirit;
* High School diploma or equivalent qualification (minimum requirement).
* Valid Work permit in Portugal or EU Citizen (mandatory);
