What Will My Functions Be?

You will support the full payroll cycle through a variety of key functions, optimizing payroll processes through the integration and use of advanced technologies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Payroll Processing: Handle the calculation, production, and delivery of payroll ensuring accuracy and compliance with current labor laws.
• Technology and Processes: You will use processes to streamline payroll tasks and improve efficiency.
• Compliance Management: Ensure all payroll-related obligations with social security, health entities, and local authorities are met.
• Labor Record Management: Manage employee records, including registrations, discharges, and contract adaptations, using digital platforms.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with your team to deliver comprehensive and accurate services.

What should you meet to be a potential Auxadi member?

• You are in your final year of your degree (preferably in Human Resources)
• You are fluent in English (level C1)
• Proficient in Excel
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt to a multi-tasking environment
