We are looking for a People Generalist Trainee SEEMEA to strengthen our People Operations team. The role is based in Ovar or Lisbon, Portugal.

What you’ll do
In this role you will get the opportunity to support the People Operations team in Portugal, Spain and France, and gain valuable experience in several areas.
Main Responsibilities
1\. Participate in local /global projects, contributing to the implementation of new initiatives
2\. Recruitment:
Support to recruitment cycle for Production as well as technical profiles
3\. Training:
* Promote technical and professional development;
* Develop the annual training plan and explore potential of Workday Learning;
4\. Employee Life Cycle:
* Ensure all systems are up to date throughout the entire lifecycle of the employee
Manage all documents related to people life cycle management (preparation, collection, validation, archiving)

Soft and Technical Skills
* Strong user-level skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power BI etc.).
* Solid skills in AI and data analytics, with the ability to leverage data for insights and decision-making.
* Professional communication skills and ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
* Collaborative team player with an end-to-end mindset, able to work across functions.
* Customer-focused, attentive to needs and feedback.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines consistently.
Degree : Degree with HR or business administration or equivalent experience
Languages : English, Spanish and French language is welcome
