**Job Description**
As a **People Services Associate**, you’ll be part of our **Global Business Services** organization, supporting HR operations across the employee lifecycle. You’ll combine structured HR administration with people\-focused support, acting as a reliable point of contact for **Dutch\-speaking associates**.
**Your contribution to something big:**
* Ensuring accurate, complete, and compliant employee data from onboarding to offboarding;
* Managing back\-office HR administration tasks, such as:
+ Employee master data maintenance;
+ Organizational unit and position management;
+ Preparation and validation of HR documentation.
* Providing front\-office HR support by answering questions from Dutch\-speaking associates via dedicated service channels;
* Delivering timely, high\-quality, and customer\-oriented People Services support;
* Supporting process improvements, system testing, and documentation updates;
* Collaborating closely with internal teams to continuously improve HR service quality.
**Qualifications** **What distinguishes you:**
* **Education**: Bachelor’s degree or diploma required in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage.
* **Experience**: First experience or strong interest in HR administration, shared services, or operational roles.
* **Know\-how:**
+ Confident user of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook);
+ Digital\-minded and comfortable working with systems and data;
+ Basic knowledge of HR processes or HR systems is a plus.
* **Languages:**
+ Fluent Dutch (written and spoken) is mandatory;
+ English on a C1 level is mandatory;
+ Additional languages are a bonus.
* **Working Style and Methods:**
+ Structured, organized, and detail\-oriented;
+ Able to manage priorities and meet deadlines;
+ Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and improve.
* **Personality:**
+ Service\-oriented and people\-focused;
+ Strong problem\-solving and analytical skills;

+ Adaptable, curious, and open to change.
