The Role

As our Performance Manager for Holafly Plans, you will own the full paid media strategy across our key growth markets, driving subscriber acquisition through high-intent channels. Your mission is to build and scale a performance engine that makes Holafly Plans the default choice for frequent travelers worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scale digital acquisition channels by designing and executing high-impact paid strategies across search, social, and programmatic for a global subscription product.
  • Drive full-funnel performance by owning channel architecture from awareness to conversion, ensuring sustainable growth at scale.
  • Maximise budget efficiency through data-driven decisions, continuous testing, and rigorous optimisation of your channel portfolio.
  • Design and execute bespoke growth plans for new markets, adapting creative and media strategies to local audience dynamics.
  • Optimise campaign performance by leading the creative process end-to-end — from briefing and production to testing and iteration — ensuring assets consistently drive conversion.
  • Measure and report on the direct impact of paid channels on Holafly's global subscription revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Spanish & English is essential for global collaboration.
  • +4 years of proven experience managing performance marketing campaigns, ideally within subscription, travel, or consumer tech products.
  • Demonstrated ability to scale paid budgets across multiple international markets with measurable results.
  • Strong creative sensibility combined with analytical skills to turn data insights into high-performing ad concepts.
  • Experience briefing and evaluating creative assets across formats (static, video, UGC) with a clear understanding of what drives performance.

Bonus Points

  • Previous experience in Travel Tech, Fintech, or Subscription-based business models.
  • Experience operating in Anglophone markets, with a strong grasp of regional audience behaviours and media dynamics.
  • Scientific mindset and structured approach to experimentation — comfortable designing tests, analysing results, and drawing actionable conclusions from data.
  • Brand campaign experience, with the ability to balance performance objectives with long-term brand equity building.
