As a Personal Assistant, you will be the guest’s dedicated contact, delivering anticipatory, discreet, and emotionally engaging service aligned with the highest international luxury hospitality standards.
Key Responsibilities
* Personalised service following Forbes/LHW standards
* Anticipate guest needs proactively
* Coordinate closely with operational departments
* Manage bespoke guest experiences
* Ensure elegant, consistent guest communication
* Accurately record preferences and requests
* Maintain absolute discretion and confidentiality
Profile / Requirements
* Proven experience in 5 luxury hospitality
* Fluency in Portuguese and English
* Additional languages valued (DE/FR/ES)
* Knowledge of Forbes or LQA standards
* Proficiency in hotel PMS and CRM
* Excellent etiquette and communication
* Strong attention to detail
* Flexible schedule and shifts
* Impeccable personal presentation
