We are now hiring a Planning \& Management Control Specialist responsible for supporting the company’s strategic and financial planning by analyzing performance, ensuring operational controls and providing data\-driven insights to guide decision\-making and performance policies.
This is a temporary position \- 9 months.
**The Impact You’ll Make**
* Support and partner with Divisions and Departments in preparing their 3\-year Strategic Plans by clarifying assumptions, validating data, and providing financial and operational insights;
* Provide data and analytical input for setting goals and for bonus and incentive policies linked to performance metrics, ensuring consistency and transparency across the organization;
* Support and partner with Divisions and Departments in preparing their Budgets and Forecasts by clarifying assumptions, validating data, and providing financial and operational insights;
* Track and analyze performance against corporate goals, budgets, and forecasts;
* Prepare regular reports and dashboards covering Sales, OPEX, CAPEX, and other key metrics related to Strategy and Operational Execution monitoring, providing data to support better decision\-making;
* Execute and implement financial and operational controls to ensure adherence to internal policies and safeguard company resources;
* Perform oversight activities such as price monitoring, discount policies, pharma fees, and partner reconciliations;
* Ensure replies to institutional external mandatory surveys and inquiries;
* Support Digital, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and AI initiatives to strengthen data\-driven decision\-making.
**What You’ll Bring**
* BA in Economics, Management, Finance or related field. Master or equivalent is a plus;
* 1\-3 years in Planning and Management Control, FP\&A, or similar roles;
* Strong Excel and financial modeling skills;
* Knowledge of ERP systems, BI and Analytical tools is a plus:
* Ability to interpret financial and operational data, perform variance analysis, and support decision\-making;
* Detail\-oriented, proactive, strong communication and collaboration skills;
* English B2 required**;**
* Familiarity with Digital, Business Intelligence, Analytics, and AI initiatives (preferred);
* Knowledge of investment grants or business case preparation (preferred).
