In parallel, the company is also developing its own products and technological solutions, which will be commercialised in later stages of growth. **Role Description** This is a full\-time, on\-site role for a Plant Manager, located in Braga, Portugal. The Plant Manager will oversee day\-to\-day plant operations, manage supply chain and production planning, and ensure the efficiency of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities include implementing operational strategies, maintaining quality standards, managing resources, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The role requires collaboration with cross\-functional teams to optimize production processes and achieve organizational goals. **Qualifications** * Experience in Plant Management and Plant Operations, including overseeing daily workflows and production systems. * Strong skills in Operations Management and Production Planning to optimize outputs and meet operational targets effectively. * Proficiency in Manufacturing Operations, with a focus on maintaining quality, improving processes, and ensuring safety compliance. * Excellent leadership, communication, and problem\-solving abilities to manage teams and drive continuous improvement. * A strong understanding of advanced manufacturing technologies and processes. * Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred. * Proven experience in managing large\-scale production facilities or similar environments. * Analytical thinking, data interpretation, and finding solutions to operational bottlenecks. * Knowledge of ERP systems, data analytics, manufacturing software, and quality tools. * Budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation.
