Responsibilities:
* Support Resource Staffing Managers and RMO leadership in ensuring compliance with Resource Management processes
* Assist in process improvements, updates, and documentation based on business or tool changes
* Maintain and update Resource Management documentation on SharePoint
* Support the management of resource requests, ensuring accurate data entry in FinancialForce
* Participate in weekly/biweekly meetings with Portfolio Directors and Delivery Managers to track project and opportunity status
* Ensure data accuracy and workflow consistency within the Resource Management system
* Provide backup support during Resource Staffing Managers’ planned absences
* Act as gatekeeper for the Skills Catalogue and internal resumes
* Monitor and ensure consultants keep their skills and internal resumes up to date
* Serve as the go-to contact for Consulting Managers regarding internal resumes and skills updates
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field
* And/or 3\+ years of experience in business operations or PMO roles
* Business analysis experience is a plus
* Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, and Visio)
Essential skills:
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting
* Strong interpersonal and team-building skills
* Flexibility with working hours in a global, virtually connected environment
