Job Description

We are looking for a KYC Transformation & Project Manager to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a high‑impact, cross‑functional CIB / Asset Management integration program, supporting long‑term strategic transformation objectives. This role acts as a critical bridge between Business Lines, Functions, and implementation teams, ensuring strong coordination, governance, and strategic alignment across all project streams.

The role is responsible for defining and driving project milestones, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget, and generating measurable business value while continuously enhancing the client experience.

In parallel, the position includes hands‑on responsibility within KYC operations, overseeing the phased onboarding of client populations and managing the remediation and ongoing update of existing KYC records for entities integrated into the wider group framework.

Main Tasks:

  • Monitor and prioritize the GLOBE KYC files remediation and on boardings
  • KYC Analyst role as follows : phasing and monitoring the OnBoarding waves as well as remediate/ update existing valid KYCs
  • Acting as the bridge between Business Lines and Functions as well as implementation teams
  • Proven track record delivering complex, cross functional initiatives on time and within budget

Qualifications Technical skills:

  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiarity with project management tools (MS Project, Jira, etc.)
  • Experience with reporting / data tools (Power BI, Tableau) is a plus
  • Know Your Customer / KYC process
