MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES of this Position:

The RB clerk is accountable for creating manual invoices and credit memos, issuing them

to customers by all necessary means, and for maintaining customer accounts information.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• Customer rental billing
• Investigate and analyze automatic invoicing errors then perform customer account settings

adjustments

• Issue manual invoices to customers (EDI, pdf, paper...)
• Issue monthly customer statements and reporting when requested
• Process manual credit memos
• Submit invoices by electronic data interchange
• Other customer billing (fines, fees, tolls and own damages)
• Issue related invoices to customers
• Register invoices into Oracle Financial AR system
• Maintain financial data of customer account and database
• Create and update the customer master file and contact with contact information

Key Skills

• Minimum High School diploma
• Ability to quickly become a proficient user of the company billing system
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Good Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Professional manner and highly organized
• Proactive & adaptable
• Team player
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment
• Language skills: English
