WORKPLACE: Lisbon (Hybrid)

ROLE:

• Design and implement governance frameworks tailored to each client’s organization, compliance requirements, and level of digital maturity;
• Develop and configure environments, policies (e.g., DLP), and security models that support sustainable development by users and business solutions;
• Lead technical implementations in Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Power Pages, ensuring alignment with governance standards;
• Provide strategic advice on platform evolution, including environment architecture, lifecycle management, and integration with Azure and Microsoft 365;
• Manage teams and complex projects, ensuring excellence in delivery and alignment among all stakeholders;
• Contribute to portfolio development by creating reusable assets, templates, and accelerators that promote governance.

PROFILE:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology;
• At least 3 years of professional experience with Power Platform, particularly Power Apps Canvas and Power Automate;
• Experience with governance, privacy, and security as they apply to Power Platform;
• Experience as a technical lead;
• Experience in architectural design for complex solutions;
• Ability to draft technical documentation, regulations, and procedures;
• Advanced knowledge of Dataverse, DLPs, and PCF components;
• Knowledge of managed environment management;
• Experience with Power Platform Pipelines and integration with DevOps;
• Knowledge of Power Platform monitoring and defining best practices;
• Experience with Power Platform Gateways is a plus;
• Experience with CoE Start Kit and Copilot Studio Kit is a plus;
• Knowledge of Power Apps Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure Fundamentals is a plus;
• Knowledge of Power BI, Power Query, Copilot Studio, and AI Builder is a plus;
• Knowledge of PowerShell, JSON, JavaScript, C#, SQL, and APIs is a plus;
• Fluency in English;
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills;
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team;
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently;
• Strong problem-solving orientation.
