Job Summary: The PRA Manager will support the Pricing, Reimbursement, and Access (PRA) team in developing and implementing strategies to ensure optimal pricing, reimbursement, and market access for Lilly's products. This role involves collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders to gather and analyze data, prepare submissions, and support the execution of PRA strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and execution of pricing and reimbursement strategies for new and existing products.
  • Collect and analyze data to support pricing and reimbursement submissions to health authorities and payers.
  • Prepare and submit pricing and reimbursement dossiers in accordance with local regulations and guidelines.
  • Monitor and analyze changes in the healthcare environment, including policy changes, competitor activities, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including medical, regulatory, and commercial teams, to ensure alignment of PRA strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Support the development of value propositions and health economic models to demonstrate the value of Lilly's products.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of local and international pricing and reimbursement regulations and guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., health economics, public health, pharmacy, life sciences).
  • Experience in pricing, reimbursement, and market access within the pharmaceutical industry is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Experience on corporate affairs will be a plus.
  • Able to work and live in Portugal
