You will develop and deliver transformation services aligned with customer business objectives and increase customer value by driving activities such as:* Work in a senior capacity as a Finance Consultant in SAP Cloud ERP Public Edition * Lead senior advisory engagements with customers and internal SAP teams * Collaborate with other consultants to support customers through their cloud transformation journey * Own and deliver customer workshops; manage scope and customer expectations * Develop reference architecture and transformation plans promoting SAP best practices and references * Provide architecture guidance using GROW with SAP methodology and Clean Core principles to ensure customers benefit from SAP’s standard cloud qualities * Identify innovation use cases (AI, BDC, CAIA, CIS) supporting strategic and operational objectives * Advise customer management on architecture and transformation activities * Identify and mitigate technical adoption risks **What you bring** We are looking for dynamic, advisory\-minded colleagues who can drive standards, organizational change, and innovation.* Professionally qualified **Accountant/CMA/MBA Finance** with **5\+ years** of SAP Finance consulting experience * Strong understanding of **FICO** processes (AR, AP, GL, AA, IO, CCA, integration, tax, etc.) * Hands\-on experience in **one** of: * + FSCM (Credit Management, Collections/Disputes) + Treasury + Cash Management (Cash Flows, Inhouse Cash) + FICA + Advanced Product Costing, Advanced Profitability + Financial Consolidation/Reporting + Central Finance + IFRS 15/16 knowledge (plus) * Good understanding of functional integration with other SAP modules * Solid understanding of project management methodologies and tools * Strategic thinking mindset, continuous learning, and business acumen * Must have experience in **SAP Cloud ERP Public Edition** * **2\+ end\-to\-end process implementation** cycles * Strong customer focus; ability to build and maintain relationships * Excellent communication and presentation skills * Strong teamwork and long\-term relationship building * Flexibility and ability to adapt quickly in a fast\-growth environment * Certification in the core area * Excellent English language skills **Where you belong** The **Global Delivery Hub (GDH)** sits within the **SAP Customer Services \& Delivery** board area, helping customers benefit from technology and digitalization to become market leaders.
