Implement software features and architecture for Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Power Electronics. Contribute to architectural definitions, review high-level designs, support requirements gathering, and assist in new customer pursuits and project startups.Key Objectives of the Role:* Develop and implement software features for Electrification products, including Battery Management Systems (BMS) and Power Electronics.

• Analyze and interpret customer requirements to design software solutions and contribute to architecture and feature implementation plans.
• Apply architectural guidelines and constraints to software design and break down requirements into implementable components.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including software design specifications and review materials for Electrification projects.
• Contribute to process improvements by developing automation scripts and strategies to enhance software development efficiency.
• Participate in architecture discussions and workshops to align software design with product-level architecture and roadmap.

Key Year-One Deliverables:
Feature Development & Delivery* Implement and validate at least major software features for BMS and Power Electronics products according to project timelines.

• Ensure 100% compliance with coding standards and functional safety requirements.

Architecture & Design Contributions* Contribute to software architecture definition for at least one new product or major feature set.

• Deliver detailed design documentation for all assigned modules before design reviews.

Requirements Analysis* Complete requirements analysis and traceability for assigned features within the first quarter.

• Maintain zero gaps in requirement coverage for implemented features.

Key Performance Indicators:
Feature Delivery & Timeliness* Complete assigned software features and tasks within agreed timelines and project milestones.

Software Quality* Maintain high-quality code through unit testing, code reviews, and defect resolution.

Collaboration & Communication* Work effectively with cross-functional teams and clearly communicate technical concepts.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:* Bachelor’s degree in engineering in Electrical, Computer Science or equivalent.
