PROCESS ENGINEERING MANAGER

YOUR ROLE

* Drive the optimization of production processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and quality.
* Lead technology improvement and innovation initiatives within production environments.
* Coordinate and manage projects related to production process improvement.
* Ensure production processes meet quality standards and comply with regulatory, safety, and environmental requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Optimization of Production Processes

* Analyze and evaluate existing production processes in terms of efficiency, productivity, and quality.
* Identify areas for improvement and develop optimization strategies.
* Implement Lean Manufacturing tools and techniques to eliminate waste and increase productivity.

Technology Improvement and Innovation

* Monitor new trends, technologies, and methodologies related to production processes.
* Introduce innovative technological solutions to improve processes and increase production efficiency.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to implement changes and updates in production technology.

Project Management

* Coordinate projects related to production process improvements, including goal setting, scheduling, and resource allocation.
* Monitor project progress, identify risks, and manage changes.
* Collaborate with multiple departments to ensure smooth and effective implementation.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

* Ensure adherence to quality standards across production processes.
* Implement quality control procedures and monitor quality performance indicators.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards, as well as safety and environmental regulations.
YOUR BACKGROUND

* Professional experience in cable production, process engineering, process optimization, or project management in production for at least 8 years.
* Ability to analyze data, identify problems, and implement improvements.
* Leadership skills and ability to manage a team.
* Good communication skills
* Valid driver's license
* Mobility - ability to undertake international travel

QUALIFICATIONS

* Higher education in engineering, preferably process engineering or chemical engineering/metal forming
* Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing tools and methodologies, Six Sigma, or other process improvement techniques
* Proficiency in spoken and written English
