The Business Service Center at Bose Portugal is delivering global business services for all levels of the company with high quality standards.

To join our team, we are currently recruiting a Sourcing Specialist fluent in English. We are looking for a problem-solver to support our Procurement Team based in Lisbon.

You Will

* Support and manage the execution of sourcing (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and contracting projects
* Procure high-quality goods and services at favorable terms for the organization
* Work closely with business stakeholders, suppliers, category managers, Legal and Finance Departments
* Contract lifecycle management (creation, amendment, termination, renewal, cancellation, etc.)
* Understand legal and compliance clauses for contract establishment
* Execute “2 Bids n’ Buy” - Manage bid proposals, negotiate pricing and business terms of purchase
* Preferred suppliers management (maintain PSL, provide guidance to the business, spend analysis)
* Responsible for reviewing/processing vendor creation requests
* Administration of sourcing and contracting projects in Ariba
* Work collaborative and closely with Category Managers

We Are Looking for People With:

* 3\+ years of procurement experience
* Detail oriented, professional
* Adaptability, resilience and proactivity
* Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing to key stakeholders and senior leaders
* Ability to follow-up and follow through with multiple tasks
* Problem solving skills
