Your Role



Key responsibilities in your new role



You will be responsible for ensuring smooth procurement operations by managing purchase orders, vendor communication, and supporting process improvements while maintaining alignment with corporate purchasing standards.

* Convert purchase requisitions into purchase orders and transmit them to external vendors
* Monitor purchase orders, confirmations, and delivery timelines to ensure smooth processes
* Ensure data accuracy in purchase requests and purchase orders, aligning with Infineon’s purchasing processes and guidelines
* Communicate with local purchasing organizations and suppliers to resolve operational issues
* Apply corporate supplier engagement principles to strengthen vendor relationships
* Collaborate with teams to identify and implement improvement opportunities in procurement workflow



Your Profile



Qualifications and skills to help you succeed



The ideal candidate for this role is a detail-oriented, proactive professional with strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in dynamic environments.

* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent field
* Experience with Microsoft Office tools (especially Excel); SAP knowledge is an advantage
* Exposure to Shared Service Organizations (SSO) is a plus
* A team-oriented and motivated attitude, able to quickly learn and adapt
* Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with an understanding of cross-cultural differences
* Fluency in English (written and spoken)
