### ABOUT YOU

We are looking for a Procurement Manager based in Portugal, with a strong background in procurement, ideally in the hospitality or consulting industries. You will be responsible for managing key indirect spend categories such as SaaS, furniture, housekeeping, cleaning services, OTAs, maintenance, linen, security, and energy (electricity \& gas). This is a highly hands-on role with significant ownership. As our procurement function continues to evolve, you will play a key role in shaping processes, building supplier strategies, and establishing procurement best practices across Europe.

The role offers a unique opportunity to leave a real footprint, take responsibility early, and help scale procurement in a fast-growing hospitality company.

* Take ownership of several purchasing categories across Europe and help improve how procurement works as the team grows
* Find, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers for services such as housekeeping, maintenance, linen, security, and energy
* Work closely with internal teams to find the best suppliers and solutions for their needs
* Help reduce costs while maintaining high quality and reliable services
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and act as a trusted partner for purchasing decisions
* Support the development of supplier strategies that fit Numa's growth across Europe
* Run supplier selection processes and negotiate contracts with key vendors

### ABOUT THE ROLE

* 3–5\+ years of experience in procurement, including running tenders, negotiating with suppliers, and working with internal stakeholders
* A curious and fast learner who is comfortable picking up new categories and industries quickly
* Someone who enjoys building and improving things, not just maintaining existing processes
* A strong sense of ownership and the motivation to take responsibility and move topics forward independently
* The ability to challenge the status quo and look for better ways of doing things
* Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment where not everything is fully structured yet
* Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work with international teams across many markets
* A hands-on mindset — willing to dive into details and solve problems pragmatically
* Fluent in English (German is a plus)
