POSITION SUMMARY

For our Nestlé Nespresso Portugal, we are looking for a Product \& Activation Manager. This role leads the end-to-end strategy for the Product Portfolio (Coffee, Machines \& Accessories), as well as Activation and Acquisition across B2C and B2B. It connects global strategy with local needs and ensures consumer-centric execution with strong business impact.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF THE PRODUCT \& ACTIVATION MANAGER…

* Implement and localize the product strategy and commercial value proposition;
* Manage the portfolio of coffee, machines, accessories and services;
* Review portfolio performance continuously, analyze data \& insights to understand and lead possible optimizations;
* Lead regular deep dives on market, trends and competitive development for coffee, machines, accessories and services to fuel the local product strategy and marketing plan, in collaboration with Data \& Insights responsible;
* Lead the execution of all permanent and non-permanent launches of coffee, machines, accessories and services;
* Initiate market specific local initiatives with specific RMM approval through a global tool;
* Ensure continuous improvement through leading pre- and post-evaluations of product launches \& themes;
* Lead the yearly Coffee and Accessory Activation \& Promotional Plan across B2C and B2B channels;
* Ensure activation plans remain consumer‑centric and insight‑driven;
* Monitor business uplift and adjust priorities to maximize impact and efficiency;
* Lead the yearly Acquisition and Machine Renovation Plan in both direct channels and trade in close alignment with the Product Lead, Trade and Channel and other key stakeholders;
* Ensure all the insights coming from CE\&I and commercial team to build a qualitative acquisition plan that secures the AB growth.

WHAT WILL MAKE YOU SUCCESSFUL

* University degree in Management, Marketing or related field;
* At least 8 years of experience in Product and/or Brand Management, ideally in D2C;
* Experience with strong brands and commercially driven organizations;
* Proven experience leading and developing teams;
* Experience in project management;
* B2B marketing or commercial experience is a plus;
* Full proficiency in English;
* Strong communication, analytical and interpersonal skills.
