As such, we are hiring a Product Manager for Financial IT Solutions (B2B) to take ownership of the development and delivery of financial IT solutions tailored to meet the needs of B2B clients. This role involves defining the product vision, managing the product roadmap, and ensuring the solutions align with business goals and client requirements. The position is available for candidates based in Portugal, Poland, the Czech Republic, or Moldova. **What you'll be doing** * **Product Vision \& Strategy**: Define and communicate a clear product vision and roadmap that aligns with broader organizational goals (business value, ROI, and efficiency). * **Backlog Management**: Own the product backlog. Create, prioritize, and refine user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Ensure the development team always has a healthy backlog of ready\-to\-work items. * **Stakeholder Management**: Act as the primary liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams. Manage expectations, gather requirements, and ensure transparency on progress and roadblocks. * **Agile Execution**: Lead sprint planning, reviews, and refinement sessions. collaborate with Scrum Masters to remove impediments and ensure timely, high\-quality delivery. * **Data\-Driven Decision Making**: Use KPIs, user feedback, and market research to validate features and prioritize work that delivers the highest business impact. * **Process Optimization**: Don't just build software; improve the process.
