As part of the Global Reference and Digital Governance team, you will shape the strategy and execution roadmap for products supporting internal teams with governance and data management. You will also be responsible for managing the content of data dictionaries. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of product management, data analysis and healthcare data and wants to build impactful, data powered solutions within a global leader in health information.**Essential Functions** * Owns and drives the roadmap for a suite of governance and data management tools supporting governance and data processing teams, ensuring alignment with business goals, compliance and growth opportunities. * Supports product strategy by staying current with governance needs, compliance regulations, and understanding evolving customer needs in data processing. * Acts as a product expert, leads the maintenance and update of data dictionaries including lineage and metadata documentation. * Translates high\-level product roadmap features into detailed requirements, including user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria specifically tailored for data processing operations in healthcare. * Collaborates closely with engineering, production, offering, sales, and other key stakeholders to ensure timely and high\-quality execution of software development projects. * Monitors and evaluates product progress, gathering internal and external feedback to make recommendations for continuous improvement, particularly for data quality, data harmonization, data relevance, and related features and content. **Our ideal Candidate Will Have: Qualifications, Experience \& Skills** * Bachelor’s degree required. * Minimum 5 years, ideally 5 to 7 years of experience in product ownership. * Strong understanding of the pharmaceutical market, its structure, dynamics, and data ecosystem. * Experience with healthcare data including data analysis, data governance and data reporting tools. * Strong ability to translate business needs into detailed product requirements for engineering teams. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non\-technical stakeholders. * Strong problem solving, analytical, project management and planning skills. * Fluency in English. **\*\*THIS ROLE IS NOT OPEN TO VISA SPONSORSHIP.
