Responsibilities
We are looking for a (Senior) Product Owner (all genders) to join our Frontline team. You will be at the forefront of product development, helping shape a platform trusted by operational teams across various industries worldwide.
- Own and drive one or more features or modules within TeamViewer Frontline (https://www.teamviewer.com/en/products/frontline), from ideation and discovery through to delivery and continuous iteration
- Foster agile practices within the development teams and support the governance of development processes
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, UX, Marketing, Sales, and Support to build a compelling product roadmap with global impact
- Champion the customer by translating feedback into clear requirements, KPIs, and prioritized backlog items
- Drive insight-led decision-making using qualitative and quantitative data (e.g., telemetry, surveys, market and competitive analysis)
- Enable efficient delivery by ensuring clarity on objectives, deliverables, and impact, while proactively removing blockers
- Balance feasibility and innovation by partnering with engineers to deliver scalable, intuitive, and technically sound solutions
Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years as a Product Owner in a software environment or in a comparable role. Experience in SaaS, AI, B2B, logistics, field service management, communications, or authoring software is a plus
- Technical fluency: Comfortable working closely with engineering teams and contributing to technical discussions. Basic understanding of SaaS concepts; prior coding experience is a plus. Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Confluence
