Skills, knowledge, experience required:

* Recent experience in managing products and services in customer facing role, demonstrating customer obsessed culture;
* Strong analytical, business analysis, Power BI, and reporting skills;
* Experience with monitoring Product success measures, KPIs, and OKRs.

Desirable:

* A formal project management qualification such as PRINCE 2 or PMI PMP;
* Experience and certification in Service Management (i.e. ITIL V3or V4);
* Prior experience of working in an international environment comprising both military and civilian elements.

Duties/role:

* Managing risks for the product line portfolio;
* Planning and reporting on revenue and costs for the product line;
* Supporting the product line manager in planning and managing the resources available to the products.
