What You’ll Do:

You'll be the backbone of our broadcast projects, ensuring everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate deliverables.
• Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to support production activities.
• Oversee logistical aspects of broadcast operations, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and venue logistics.
• Handle administrative and financial tasks, including expense reporting, talent fee processing (cachets), and travel bookings.
• Maintain documentation and records related to production processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.

Requirements:

• Professional training or bachelor's degree (preferred).
• Previous internship or curricular experience in a production or administrative environment is valued.
• Backoffice production support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organisational and time management skills.
• Passion for sports.
• Sense of responsibility and autonomy.
• Teamwork spirit.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
• Immediate availability.
