What You’ll Do:
You'll be the backbone of our broadcast projects, ensuring everything runs like clockwork behind the scenes.
Responsibilities:
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather requirements and coordinate deliverables.
- Manage resources, including personnel, equipment, and facilities, to support production activities.
- Oversee logistical aspects of broadcast operations, including travel arrangements, accommodations, and venue logistics.
- Handle administrative and financial tasks, including expense reporting, talent fee processing (cachets), and travel bookings.
- Maintain documentation and records related to production processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Requirements:
- Professional training or bachelor's degree (preferred).
- Previous internship or curricular experience in a production or administrative environment is valued.
- Backoffice production support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Passion for sports.
- Sense of responsibility and autonomy.
- Teamwork spirit.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher (written and spoken).
- Immediate availability.
