Your mission, roles and responsibilities
--------------------------------------------

* Observe and understand the improvement tools used in the factory;
* Support the implementation of organizational methods and improvements in work processes;
* Understand the factory’s production processes and contribute to the optimization of procedures;
* Identify possible improvements in work methods, organization, and production flow;
* Apply continuous improvement concepts to increase efficiency and quality.
Your profile and competencies to succeed

* Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Industrial Management Engineering or similar;
* Good knowledge of English (spoken and written) and basic computer skills (especially Excel);
* Interest in the industrial field and production processes;
* Motivation to learn and develop new skills;
* Observation and analytical skills to identify improvement opportunities;
* Sense of responsibility, organization, and ability to meet deadlines/tasks;
* Ability to work in a team and good communication with colleagues;
* Proactive attitude and willingness to contribute to improving factory processes.
