In this professional internship position, we offer you the opportunity to join and support the Global Program Management Office team of our Business Unit. As the PMO team, we are responsible to define global processes and oversight their deployments across the BU as well as support data integrity and proper performance reporting across TTT BorgWarner plants.

You will be part of a multicultural global team and support on its diverse and interesting range of activities.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in program management analytics, KPI governance, and digital process improvement in a global automotive organization.

During this internship you will also gain exposure to the Product Development Process (PDP) and the industrialization process in the automotive industry, understanding how new products are developed and launched across global manufacturing plants.

Your Tasks:

  • Support the monitoring, analysis and reporting of Business Unit KPIs
  • Support the preparation of Regional Executive Oversight Team (EOT) meetings (Americas, Europe, and Asia).
  • Develop and improve PowerBI dashboards and reports.
  • Support PMO process improvements, documentation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Assist in the maintenance of TTT program management tool.
  • Create and manage our SharePoint site.
  • Support the Global Program Management team in their activities.
  • Support Program Managers worldwide in the use of program management tools and systems.

Your Qualifications:

  • Student in the field of engineering, economics, management or similar
  • Good knowledge of the MS Office package (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of PowerBI/SharePoint is a plus
  • Good English communication Skills (Mandatory)
  • Result-oriented, meticulous, and precise way of working
  • Ability to work independently and on your own responsibility
