About the role

We are looking for a motivated professional with initial to intermediate experience to join our Project Management (PM) department. Reporting to our PM Lead, the ideal candidate will have a solid technical foundation and practical exposure to construction or project environments.

This role offers a direct impact on technical coordination and provide a clear pathway for professional growth into a broader project coordination role with increasing autonomy.

Terms - Permeant Full time position

Salary/ Rate - Depends on experience

Requirement - Weekend work is rare but can occasionally be necessary

Start Date - Immediate

Responsibilities

● Project Lifecycle Support: Contributing to all facets of project management—including

budget, schedule, procurement, quality, and risk—from planning and design through to

construction and closeout.

● Liaison & Integration: Coordinating between project architects and builders to manage the flow of project information effectively.

● Document Review: Rigorously reviewing drawings, technical documents, and cost

estimates.

● Performance Reporting: Preparing internal and external status reports. You will track

project goals against approved budgets and timelines, reporting variances and proposing

action plans to meet objectives.

● Collaborative Growth: Working closely with project leadership to ensure technical

coordination matches the group’s strategic vision.

Candidate Requirements and Skills

● Education: Degree in Engineering or Architecture.

● Experience: Hands-on exposure to construction sites, site supervision, or technical project involvement.

● Phases: Comfort working across multiple project phases, including concept, permitting,

execution, and site follow-up.

● Software: Proficiency in technical drawing software (e.g., CAD/BIM or equivalent) and

strong working knowledge of Excel for data organization.

● Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a practical mindset

and autonomy.

● Language: English and Portugues mandatory;

● Preferred Skills: Design sensitivity, visual design experience, or previous experience in multi-project environments.
