Are you an experienced and driven Project Manager looking to grow your career in Property Management Retail?
CBRE Portugal is looking for a Project Manager (Fit-Out Works) to join our Property Management Retail department and strengthen our team of dedicated professionals. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, multi-disciplinary projects, with direct impact on asset value and performance.
What will you do?
As a Project Manager (Fit-Out Works), you will be responsible for leading individual and multi-disciplinary real estate project solutions for our clients, including CAPEX initiatives and tenant fit-out works. You will have direct accountability for project delivery, overseeing all phases from planning and design through construction, occupancy, and close-out. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
What are your tasks?
Managing all phases of real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and close-out
Interpreting and applying standard to moderately complex documents related to real estate and construction projects
Working directly with clients to define project requirements and expectations
Preparing scopes of work, resource plans, cost estimates and budgets, schedules and milestones, quality control plans, and risk assessments
Leading and coordinating multi-disciplinary project teams, providing guidance and direction to achieve project objectives
Implementing communication plans, including regular meetings, status reports, and documented meeting minutes
Monitoring project progress against approved scope, budget, timeline, and quality objectives, reporting variances and implementing corrective action plans
Managing change control processes, including the assessment of change requests, impact analysis (scope, budget, schedule, quality, and risk), client approvals, and change orders
Identifying project risks and developing mitigation and contingency plans to reduce or eliminate potential impacts
Supporting additional project-related activities, as required

Solid understanding of leases, contracts, and construction practices
A proactive mindset, sense of ownership, and ability to work effectively in different work environments
