Job Overview
----------------

We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to support delivery of a complex technology transformation program involving platform migrations, data integration, and cross-functional coordination.

This role requires strong execution focus, structured planning, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders across technical and business teams in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Program & Delivery Management

• Manage end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives from initiation through closure
• Coordinate multiple concurrent workstreams with interdependencies
• Drive milestone-based execution aligned to defined timelines and objectives

Planning & Governance

• Define and maintain:
• Project plans and schedules
• RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies)
• Communication plans
• Track progress, identify risks, and ensure proactive mitigation
• Provide regular status reporting to stakeholders, including executive-level updates

Stakeholder & Vendor Coordination

• Act as the central point of coordination across:
• Internal technical and business teams
• External vendors and partners
• Drive accountability and alignment across all stakeholders
• Facilitate discussions, resolve conflicts, and remove delivery impediments

Execution Support

• Support delivery of platform migration and integration activities
• Ensure alignment across dependent systems, teams, and timelines
• Assist in transition planning, validation, and operational readiness

Delivery Approach

• Operate within a hybrid delivery model (structured milestone-driven with selective agile practices where applicable)
• Facilitate team cadences and checkpoints as needed to maintain delivery momentum

Required Qualifications

• 6–10 years of experience in Project or Program Management
• Proven experience managing complex technology or infrastructure programs
• Strong experience in:
• Cross-functional team coordination
• Multi-vendor environments
• Managing timelines, risks, and dependencies
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, evolving environments with minimal supervision

Nice to Have

• Exposure to security, data, or platform transformation programs
• Experience with large-scale migrations or system integrations
• Familiarity with data governance, compliance, or operational process changes
• Experience working with distributed/global teams

• Clear visibility and control over project timelines, risks, and deliverables
• Strong coordination across multiple teams and stakeholders
• On-time delivery of key milestones with minimal disruption
• Effective communication and structured reporting to leadership
