Mission

Lead the execution of strategic programs across Southern Europe, ensuring efficient delivery, alignment with the company’s global strategy, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Lead programs end-to-end (from planning to delivery)
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet requirements
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (engineering, finance, legal, operations)
  • Define scope, timelines, and KPIs
  • Monitor risks and apply best practices in program management

Regional Operations

  • Act as the link between regional teams and headquarters
  • Standardize processes and reporting across programs
  • Provide performance and risk updates to leadership
  • Ensure alignment across international and cross-functional teams

Testing & Deployment

  • Oversee testing, validation, and system deployment
  • Ensure compliance with European and NATO standards
  • Translate technical data into actionable insights
  • Use operational feedback to improve performance

Business Development Support

  • Identify new opportunities in defense and security markets
  • Support proposals and go-to-market strategies
  • Build relationships with government and industry partners
  • Contribute to regional growth strategy

Profile & Requirements

Required

  • 8–12 years of experience in project management, operations, or technology
  • Proven experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder programs
  • Strong skills in budget, timeline, and risk management
  • Experience working in international, cross-functional environments
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field

Mandatory

  • Experience with government or defense/security programs in Europe
  • Experience scaling operations or new business units
  • Ability to work across multiple countries and cultures
  • Eligibility to work in the EU
  • Ability to meet security and export control requirements

Preferred

  • Experience in UAS / ISR / aerospace
  • Knowledge of European procurement frameworks
  • MBA or MSc
