Located in the UK or in Europe, we are looking for an early-career/change in career individual who will ensure our customer’s projects are compliant with hotel brand standards. This role is a parental leave coverage role and as such is for a fixed term of 12 months. As a guide, the compensation range is 35,000 – 45,000 GBP for the period of the contract with the role ideally commencing 1 June 2026.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand compliance across the EMEA region.
- Support the development and implementation of project plans that align with our compliance objectives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Coordinate with various stakeholders to gather insights, assess risks, and drive solutions that enhance brand integrity.
- Foster relationships with team members and partners to create an inclusive environment that encourages input and innovation.
Who you are
- A professional with a developing background in project management, compliance, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- A keen interest in brand compliance and its impact on business success.
