Salsify's People Experience (PX) team enables our people to do their best work by creating experiences that are flexible, meaningful, and grounded in real business needs.
We're looking for a PX Program Lead to own and evolve some of our most critical people "products" across the employee lifecycle. This role operates with a product mindset, combining program design and delivery with a strong focus on problem definition, prioritization, and continuous iteration using Agile HR principles.
In this role, you'll partner closely with PX Business Partners and leaders across the business to understand challenges, define clear problem statements, and build solutions that drive meaningful behavior change at scale. You won't just execute programs, you'll shape what we build, why we build it, and how we measure impact.
How You'll Make an Impact
- Own and evolve key PX programs, with a product owner mindset such as performance management, employee feedback, manager enablement, and other core people experiences
- Translate business and employee needs into clear problem statements and design solutions that address root causes
- Operate as a product owner by prioritizing work based on impact, managing a backlog of ideas and improvements, and making thoughtful tradeoffs
- Use an Agile approach to test, learn, and iterate, piloting solutions before scaling globally
- Partner closely with PX Business Partners to gather insights, identify patterns, and ensure what we build reflects real business needs
- Design and deliver manager and employee enablement that drives adoption and effectiveness of PX products
- Continuously improve and simplify processes and tools to increase scalability and ease of use
- Measure success based on outcomes and behavior change, not just program delivery
- Drive end-to-end execution of PX Programs, owning the work from concept through delivery and iteration to ensure high-quality outcomes
You'll Enjoy This Role If You Have
- Experience in a progressive People/HR organization, ideally in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- A product mindset, with the ability to move from problem solution iteration, even if you haven't held a formal product owner role
- Strong ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs based on impact
- Experience designing and building programs, tools, or enablement from scratch
- Comfort working in an iterative way, testing ideas and refining based on feedback
- Strong project management skills and the ability to drive work forward across multiple stakeholders
- Ability to connect inputs from across the business and turn them into actionable, scalable solutions
- Empathy and strong judgment for how solutions will land with employees and leaders
- A collaborative approach and ability to influence across teams and levels
- Curiosity, ownership, and a desire to continuously improve how things are done

- PX programs are clearly defined, prioritized, and continuously improving over time
- Leaders and employees adopt and engage with PX programs in meaningful ways
