About the role



We are looking for a QA Lead/Test Manager to coordinate QA activities with a strong focus on business validation and UAT, ensuring alignment between business needs and delivered solutions.

As a part of your job, you will:

* Coordinate the testing lifecycle, with focus on UAT planning, execution, and sign-off;
* Work closely with business stakeholders to ensure requirements validation and test coverage;
* Support and guide business users during business testing phases;
* Track and report defects, risks, and testing progress;
* Facilitate communication between Business and IT teams;
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA and UAT practices.

What are we looking for?

* Experience in Test Coordination / Test Management;
* Strong stakeholder management, especially with business users;
* Experience in UAT planning and execution;
* Good understanding of test processes and lifecycle;
* Ability to translate business needs into test scenarios;
* Experience with reporting and defect management;
* Experience working in Agile environments;
* Familiarity with tools such as Jira and Xray;
* Fluency in English (C1 level), able to interact with business stakeholders.
